Our £250 sourcing fee will cover the cost of us finding a mortgage that is just right for you. Private Wealth is an independent mortgage broker. We can access every mortgage scheme available, either through an intermediary such as ourselves, or by going direct to the lender. We also have products available exclusively through intermediaries.

All the mortgage related fees you have to pay will be set out clearly in your mortgage quotation (this is known as a key facts illustration). However, it is important to remember that there are other costs to consider such as stamp duty, estate agent fees, solicitors fees and removal costs.
